I was at EVO and heard you speak. I am at a loss of words because “amazing” seems so ordinary. I have called my mother-in-law, mom, sister and my husband to tell them about you and your story. You made us all feel like we could achieve what ever we wanted in life. It was the first time I REALLY believed that. Deep down believed it. I was so impressed with your daughter as well. Waht a sweet, sweet answer she gave! It shows what an incredible job you are doing as a parent. You have inspired me on a whole new level. I knew it was hard with so many people there to have connected with you at the conference but I still wanted you to know I was touched by your story and by YOU. I am off now to watch your clip. I missed it because I was taping my own segment on another show. Maybe one day I will be on the Nate Berkus show too (It is a goal of mine as well).

Oh Me Ra! You are infectious! (not in a disease riddled way! HA!) But seriously….Hearing your laugh again and seeing your smile….You radiate love and positive energy…AND have amazing advice for Moms…I will be sharing your post with my clients and cannot wait to ‘speak’ with you soon. Love and hugs. xoxox

I just wanted to say thank you for opening my eyes you have such a beautiful way with photography I only hope I can incorporate what u do in my house. Thank u again p.s. I enjoyed seeing on the nate berkus show

  4. I just love your whole family, MeRa. It really was so much fun to meet all four of you, and hope to run into you again here in the PNW. We didn’t have a lot of time to get into it, but I think our families have a lot in common (Thailand, homeschooling, etc. etc.).

And although Brian says otherwise, I somehow doubt you guys really didn’t name your kids after Blaise Pascal. It’s too coincidental. 🙂

Loved you on the clip here!

  5. I saw this show and was so inspired. I passed on your info on my blog, giving you credit of course. I am a watercolor artist and these tips can be applied when deciding on what to paint. Such valuable information and you have really made me think about the photos I will be taking. So happy that I stumbled on to you:)

These tips can TOTALLY be applied to watercolor/painting! Thanks so much Carrie for sharing! Glad you found my blog!

Tsh, I hope we get to connect more too. And I LOVE Blaise Pascal, but can you believe that isn’t who we named them after?! I’ll tell you the stories behind their names sometime.

Stacy, thanks so much for sharing. I can’t tell you how much it means to hear that my keynote resonated so deeply with hearts in the audience.
